Rebecca leads the editorial direction at ECOM360, bringing nearly a decade of experience in ecommerce operations, digital retail strategy, and online merchandising.

She spent her early career working hands-on with online brands, helping them launch stores, fix leaky funnels, and figure out why traffic wasn’t turning into revenue. The technical side came naturally. But the questions she kept hearing from founders and marketing leads were rarely technical. They wanted to understand the why behind what was working, explained in a way that helped them make better decisions without needing a developer in the room. Rebecca became the person who could connect the dots between platform mechanics and business outcomes, and that ability eventually shaped her move into editorial.

At ECOM360, Rebecca works alongside our development and growth teams, turning real client results and live store data into content that’s practical and immediately actionable. Her editorial rule is clear: if it hasn’t been proven in a live store environment, it doesn’t make it onto the page.
